Muzeul Județean Buzău, instituție de cultură, artă și cercetare, ce funcționează sub autoritatea Consiliului Județean Buzău, cu sediul în strada Aleea Castanilor, nr. 1, mun. Buzău, organizează atelierul de autocunoaștere și dezvoltare personală „Călător în lumea emoțiilor”.

The project is part of the social involvement program of the museum, initiated in 2018, and is part of the communication of the patrimony for educational purposes. The proposed workshops are aimed at children and adolescents, and the topic is: managing negative emotions, empathy and preventing bullying, dysfunctional emotions and drug use.

The workshops will run from December 9, 2023 to January 29, 2024, at the museum’s headquarters, in the “Airly of the World on foot. The story of the 497 pairs of opinci.” They will be coordinated by Daniel Drâmbu, vocational counselor and muzeographer at the Buzău County Museum.

Atelierele sunt structurate astfel:

• • Analiza diferitelor tipuri de emoții;
  • Identificarea emoțiilor disfuncționale și strategii de reducere a intensității acestora;
  • Exersarea unor tehnici de autocunoaștere și relaționare;
  • Gândirea rațională și emoțiile pozitive.
